The two bedroom nature house, for up to 4 persons, is located close to the sea in the bay of St. Ante, on the island of Pasman. All the rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen is in one room with the living and dining space and is equipped with a fireplace. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove on gas with 4 burners and an oven. The two bedrooms are both equipped with double beds. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included, fresh will be put to disposal once a week. Beach towels are not available. The bathroom equipment includes a shower (warm water from gas boiler), a toilet and a washbasin. There is a sunshade on the terrace. The roofed backyard contains a built barbecue and sitting furniture, as well as sunbeds. For the outdoor shower, the water warms up by the warmth of the sun. Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. The water and the electricity should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and appliances included in the house equipment. We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets in the house are fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the guest owns an acknowledged boat driving license for open waters). The boat berth, available without further charges, is appropriate for smaller boats up to 5m length. This holiday house is accessible by car, on a distance of about cca. 150 m, to the bay of St. Ante, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. The island of Pasman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails there, approachable directly from this nature house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The house is bookable all year through, but a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials. Kindly note that it is not accepted to bring pets to this house. Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out.     Perfect place for those who value peace and independence
    Beautifully located, well-maintained house in a great location (5 minutes from the Korčula port). Surrounding the house is an olive grove, lavender, rosemary, orange trees, and pomegranates. A large pool with clean and well-filtered water - perfect for bathing both during the day and at night. The house (bathroom/kitchen) is equipped with everything needed. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, eager to answer any question/request. A welcoming liqueur and delicious cake awaited us 😋. The house is situated high up, offering breathtaking views of the sea, the Pelješac peninsula, and Orebić. 3-10 minutes by car to a store, bakery, vegetable market, and fish market. I recommend it for couples and families with kids who never leave the pool 😁.

    A dream-come-true holiday.
    Perfect place to spend the time with your family, without any noise or crowds. Extraordinary view! Our kids loved to check the garden each day and find cucumbers, tomatoes or eggplants for dinner. Of course the best part, swimming pool all day! :-) Driveway well prepared, but very steep at some points, so please be careful when traveling with a big van. In this case, when in doubt, contact the owners, they will help for sure :-) Thank you to the owners for the hospitality and help!

    A dream on earth! A place you would never leave.
    We enjoyed our holiday soooo much. A lovely house up on the hill, marvelous vieuw, total privacy, a great swimmingpool (and even greater swimmingpoolboy ☺) a bakeoven in the open air and in 10 minutes in the cosy old town of Korcula. Thank you Ostoya en Jelena for your hospitality and making our staying so pleasant. Nothing we asked was to much for you. We surely will come back next year.

    Krásné prostředí, příjemní a vstřícní majitelé.
    Ubytování je na krásném místě (samotě) uprostřed olivového háje, ze kterého je krásný výhled na Pelješac. Malý nedostatek byl v tom, že každou noc byla slyšet nedaleká diskotéka.

    Ein Paradies
    Wir wohnten nicht nur inmitten der phantastischen Natur in einem entzückenden Haus, welches mit viel Liebe gestaltet wurde und mehr als genügend Platz bot. Es fehlte an Nichts. Die Gastgeberfamilie bestach durch Aufmerksamkeit, Zuvorkommenkeit Großzügigkeit und nicht zuletzt durch Herzlichkeit. All dies war in Summe für eine wunderschöne, außergewöhnlich entspannende Zeit verantwortlich - herzlichsten Dank dafür!
