The holiday house is located in Landjin bay, on the island of Pašman, directly on the seashore, and is available for rent during spring and summer, until early autumn. Between the ferry port and the house leads an improvised dirt and gravel road, for which it is not necessary to have a terrain vehicle, but careful and slow driving is definitely required. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. The 220V electricity is solar-powered, but it is not allowed to bring and use your own devices, except for cell phone/laptop battery chargers. Running cold water from a tank is installed in the kitchen, while cold and hot water is installed in the bathroom (shower cabin). The outdoor shower is with black (thermo) bags in which the water warms up by the warmth of the sun. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it first, so guests most often use purchased bottled drinking water. Pets are welcome against a surcharge. During the booking process, please indicate how many pets you are traveling with. This house to rent can accommodate 5 people – it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning, dishes and cutlery, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a gas stove (no oven). WLan Internet is available at no additional cost, but the quality of the connection can vary significantly. An outdoor shower and barbecue are also available. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, but beach towels are not. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided after every week of stay. We recommend that you bring a mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone in the house with your regular home charger. The island of Pašman is on only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na moru (ferries on this route run more than ten times a day). This island is a great destination for all fans of water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, provided that the guest has with him a boat driving license valid on open waters. We recommend coming to our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the facility at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves. After registering with our agency, you travel to the island.     Lovely apartment, beautiful view, great location
    Our family stayed in three apartments as we attended a wedding. The apartment is very big, very clean and has an amazing view. You can park the car in front of the house under a car board. The beach, restaurants and shops are very near and in walking distance. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

    Nice apartment with a stunning view
    The apartment is very spacious and topless clean. We also had a balcony and the view from there is absolutely stunning. The owner lives next door and is very helpful and friendly. The location is also perfect. We can highly recommend it.

    ogólnie dobrze spędzony czas z uwagi na ujmujący widok z balkonu i dobrą lokalizację
    przepiękny widok z balkonu, 2 łazienki (przy czym żadna z nich nie była komfortowa),przestronna sypialnia z wygodnym łóżkiem i dodatkowy balkon z sypialni
    mieszkanie ciemne, dużo lepiej wygląda na zdjęciach, rozkładana kanapa w kuchni niezbyt wygodna do spania, przy tym dość uciążliwa lodówka, brak pralki, skromne wyposażenie kuchni (naczynia, sztućce), malutkie i niezbyt wygodne łazienki ( zamiast 2 małych mogła być jedna większa), apartament raczej nie nadaje się na więcej niż dla 2 osób, sugerując się wcześniejszymi komentarzami spodziewaliśmy się powitalnego poczęstunku w postaci wina czy owoców jednak nic takiego nie miało miejsca

    A beautifully located and well presented apartment with a stunning view of Jelsa Harbour! If you''re planning a stay in Jelsa, Caric Apartments is a great place to locate yourself for your stay! My girlfriend and I stayed here whilst exploring Hvar island. Our hosts Antun and Nela were warm and welcoming and provided water and wine on our arrival, and the apartment has plenty of amenities to prepare meals during a stay with great facilities, including 2 separate bathrooms with showers. We hired an ATV for a few days, a great way to see and explore Hvar, and Antun and Nela provided plenty of safe places off road at the apartment to park overnight so if you''re traveling by car, Apartments Caric is ideal! Overall we couldn''t be happier with our stay at Apartments Caric! Thank you Antun and Nela!

    Problem with adriagate company
    The owner was very kind and helpful. He also had prepared pastary and vine for us before we arrived. He was an amazing person..
    When we booked the room, we wrote to booking if the kitchen is a part of the room. They replied us ''Yes, the kitchen is a part of the room''. Before we arrive the home they wrote us that, the kitchen is not a prt of the room. Then we sent the photos of their reply. First they blamed us but after sending their reply photos they offered us free cancellation or %10 discount. Of course, the last call reservations are very expensive so we accepted the %10 discount. On the other hand , groceries that we bought for kitchen were also cost us more. The owner is perfect but I can not prefer the company.
