The city is unique and world-famous for its cultural heritage, therefore it was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Duke's Palace - a simple, harmonious, Gothic - Renaissance palace, through which all history of Dubrovnik has passed. Much like the Republic, this is a palace with a stormy past, damaged by gunpowder explosions, shook by earthquakes several times, and still today we are able to stand in front of it and admire the harmony of its ambient and stone.

Stradun – originally the Placa, a favorite promenade of Dubrovnik, especially for young people and tourists from all over the world. The central street of the city and itself a tourist attraction. While strolling through Stradun remember that this cobbled street surrounded by facades of baroque buildings used to be under the sea.

Dubrovnik beach Banje - Banje beach was recently voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world. This extremely attractive beach is located at the entrance to the Old Town and offers an unbeatable view of the city walls.

Dubrovnik city walls - the walls of Dubrovnik are one of the most grandiose fortification monuments in Europe. It is a complex of defense fortresses, which surround the old part of town. 1940 meters long walls of Dubrovnik give the city its characteristic, world known appearance. They surround the city in the form of an irregular polygon, with Minčeta tower in the top northwest corner on the coastal side, and St. John tower on the southeast side from the sea.

Great Onofrio Fountain - entering the city and arriving on Stradun (Placa), you will find the Great Onofrio Fountain. It was built during the 1400’s commemorating the construction of the urban water supply in 1438t and the arrival of spring water from the Dubrovnik river 12 km away.

Prijeko Street – if you take a walk along the left side of the Placa, tracing the sidewall of the Franciscan church you will arrive to the street Prijeko, which is parallel to Stradun and leads to the eastern side of town. Prijeko district is governed by the Statute from 1272.g.
Fort Lovrjenac – the most impressive and the highest fortress guarding the city of Dubrovnik. This fortification is often referred to as the "Gibraltar of Dubrovnik". It rises from a 37 m high cliff. You can reach it from the pebble beach located in Pile, climbing up a wooded trail.

Great city, a lot to see. It is worth to explore the extended area, too, having the basis in Dubrovnik.

Everything .... except the 404 steps home to our accommodation (just for fun). Fantastic view, great atmosphere on the Stradun in the old city. Had a great daytrip to Montenegro, walked the wall and had a day by boat bathing. We will be back.

Perfect place for those who value peace and independence
Beautifully located, well-maintained house in a great location (5 minutes from the Korčula port). Surrounding the house is an olive grove, lavender, rosemary, orange trees, and pomegranates. A large pool with clean and well-filtered water - perfect for bathing both during the day and at night. The house (bathroom/kitchen) is equipped with everything needed. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, eager to answer any question/request. A welcoming liqueur and delicious cake awaited us 😋. The house is situated high up, offering breathtaking views of the sea, the Pelješac peninsula, and Orebić. 3-10 minutes by car to a store, bakery, vegetable market, and fish market. I recommend it for couples and families with kids who never leave the pool 😁.

      A dream-come-true holiday.
Perfect place to spend the time with your family, without any noise or crowds. Extraordinary view! Our kids loved to check the garden each day and find cucumbers, tomatoes or eggplants for dinner. Of course the best part, swimming pool all day! :-) Driveway well prepared, but very steep at some points, so please be careful when traveling with a big van. In this case, when in doubt, contact the owners, they will help for sure :-) Thank you to the owners for the hospitality and help!

Krásné prostředí, příjemní a vstřícní majitelé.
