The two bedroom nature house for up to 4 persons is located at the seafront in the bay of St. Ante, on the island of Pašman. All the rooms in the house are on the elevated ground floor. Windows are covered with mosquito nets. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room contains a fireplace and a wood stove. In the kitchen there is a fridge (120 l) with a freezer compartment (49 l), a stove on gas with 3 burners and an oven. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included; fresh will be delivered once a week. Beach towels are not available. The roofed terrace contains sitting furniture. In the yard in front of the house there is a built barbecue, and an outside shower with solar heater for the water. Guests may have Wi-Fi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. The water and the electricity should be spent here sparingly. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliances may be used except of those already in the house and battery rechargers. We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house with their own standard household recharger because there is a converter in the house for this purpose. Please do not bring and use any other appliances, to prevent causing damages on the power supply of the house. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the guest owns an acknowledged boat driver's license for open waters). The boat berth is available without further charges. This holiday house is accessible by car, on a distance of about cca 150 m, to the bay of St. Ante, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, which can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. The island of Pašman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails there, approachable directly from this nature house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The house is bookable all year through, but water can only get heated on the stove, there is no warm water on the shower in the bathroom, and a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials. This is a pet-friendly house; one pet per guest group is welcome here, against a surcharge. Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out.     Velmi doporučuji tento apartmán. Je čistý, prostorný, skvěle vybavený. Nádherný výhled na hory a i moře. Cesta k moři cca 10 min krásnou procházkou. V docházkové vzdálenosti 2 obchody a malé trhy s ovocem.

    Nagyon tiszta szállás, de sajnos hiányosan felszerelt.Nem tartalmaz dolgokat amik a bookingon szerepelnek.pl. franciaágy,mosógép,mikró.. Miután ruhaszarito sem volt azt kérésünkre vettek,mikor is hoztak. Amikor a mosógépet hiányolták,azt mondták h kimossák a ruháinkat.🤣Persze ezt nem vettük igénybe.

    Nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend, kein Landestypischer Grill, ncht für 6 Personen ausgelegt, Klimaanlage schaltet nach 24 Stunden für 24 Stunden ab, Nachts leuchtet der Elektroherd von alleine auf und die Gas-Kompi ist ganz ohne Funktion.

    Apsolutno je sve prema opisu, tu su i slike, na Vaš upit dobijete sve. Kao što sam rekla nacionalni roštilj ne može biti u app. nego se nalazi u dvorištu koristili su ga gosti prije i poslije Vas. Nije predviđen za 6 osoba tim više jer je Vas trojica a svoje prijatelje nemate pravo uvoditi gore pogotovo u ovo doba korone. Klima se gasi u 24 sata jer je Vasa dužnost po kućnom redu da je gasite ponekad jer to radite sigurno i u svojoj kući a ne da je ostavljate noć i dan uključenu. Plin u app. je službeno zabranjen. Žao mi je što umjesto Vas nije bio netko drugi tko bi znao koristiti prednosti.
