      The mobile home is located on a plot of land directly on the sea, between Pakoštane and Drage, only 8 km south of Biograd na Moru. This accommodation unit has a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 23m2 large terrace. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, cutlery, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment and gas stove. In one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the other two separate beds (which can be pulled together if necessary). In the living room there is a sofa bed on which another person can sleep, so this mobile home can accommodate a maximum of five persons. SAT-TV and air conditioning are available to all guests, which are included in the rental price. All guests receive an internet code upon arrival at no additional cost. Fresh bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are waiting for you, but please bring beach towels. Pets are welcome here upon request and for an extra charge. Guests can use the barbecue. There are nine more mobile homes on this field. A buoy for your boat is in the sea in front of the property, available on request and with an extra charge of 7 EUR per day and buoy. There are 4 buoys available, so please inquire about availability before booking. Enjoy untouched nature, you can ride a bike, walk, snorkel or surf in front of the house. Nearby is a viewpoint from which you can see the entire Vrana lake, our archipelago and the Kornati National Park. Lake Vrana is the largest natural freshwater lake in Croatia, an ornithological reserve, an ideal picnic spot for fishing, cycling and hiking.

        Trip to Trogir
        We really enjoyed staying at Appartments Iva. The room was very clean with a comfy bed and shower. We were pleased there was a fridge and kettle with crockery and cutlery which allowed us to have bread and cheese on the balcony. We had direct access to the terrace which we really enjoyed and loved the sea view. Great value for money appartment, we would definitely stay again, close to restaurants, bars and the old town and bus station.

        Lovely accommodation with beautiful views
        Apartments & Rooms Iva is situated on the island Čiovo, a short walk over the bridge to the Old Town of Trogir. We stayed in Apartment 14, and found it overall clean and spacious. There are French doors in both the living area and the bedroom that leads to a wrap round balcony that offer lovely views of old town and the marina. We thought the bed comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. We had no problems with the wifi. There’s a small kitchen area, with 2 ring hob and full size fridge. The air con unit was efficient at cooling the apartment quickly. There was a reasonable sized tv, however we never turned it on so can’t comment on available channels. The owner was welcoming and there was always someone around to help. If we ever return to Trogir in the future, we would definitely look to stay in apartment 14 at Apartments & Rooms Iva again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

However, we asked if we could have a couple of tumblers which were provided straight away. Although the over all cleanliness of the apartment is excellent , there is black deposits in a couple of corners of the shower, which is a little off putting.
