      The holiday house with two bedrooms is located directly on the beach on the island of Pašman, in the bay of Mala Kruševica, and is available for rent during spring and summer, until early autumn. From the covered and furnished terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. There is a barbecue in the yard. The house is accessible by car at about 50 m, on an uneven gravel/dirt road. This improvised road can be significantly damaged due to the weather (rain), so careful and slow driving is required. The advantage of keeping your car next to the house where you spend your vacation is that you remain mobile, and you are able to go on day trips for which there are an extremely large number of possibilities in the surrounding area. The island of Pašman is an excellent destination for all those who enjoy water sports. In addition, there are hiking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along with which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic plants, which is especially interesting for all nature enthusiasts. The kitchen is equipped with an electric refrigerator (100 l refrigerator, 50 l freezer) and a gas stove. Running cold fresh water from a tank is installed in the kitchen and toilet. The outdoor shower is based on thermo-bags, which are filled with water and placed in a sunny place to obtain hot water for showering. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and a double bed and a bunk bed with two beds in the other. Bed linen is prepared for guests and fresh is at disposal after each week of stay. Towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most of the guests therefore decide to buy drinking water in bottles. Water can be freely used directly from the tap for cooking and washing. The 12 V electricity is solar-powered, so we ask our valued guests to note that it is not allowed to bring and use electrical devices except for mobile phone chargers. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home with your usual charger, which enables an inverter in the home. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests can have WiFi (WLan) internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card at a price of around 10 euros for 7 days of flat rate internet. Guests need to insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which will then act as a hotspot. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have with them a boat driving license valid on open waters. The boat berth is located in front of the house and can be used at no extra charge. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the house at night is difficult - even impossible after the last ferry leaves for the island. After registering with our agency, you travel to the island.           A very relaxing stay.
          Staying in Stari Grad was definitely one of the highlights for our family of four during our holiday in Croatia. It all had to with House Heritage . The apartment has an amazing layout with 3 different outside sitting areas to relax in. Each area was unique and provided different experiences for everyone in our family ( reading, eating, conversing and people watching. The interior was decorated very creatively and yet with simplicity. We enjoyed the living room the most. Everything was well furnished from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Having two bathrooms made things easy for our teenage girls! We never met our host but we had everything communicated to us that we needed. All the “How To’s” were shared with us. Furthermore, recommendations from restraints to beaches were offered. A beautiful apartment inside and out that allowed us to be relaxed and happy!

          Comfortable, fully stocked, best location
          This charming property is centrally located with steps to restaurants, shops, grocery store and the waterfront, is light and airy with all amenities including comfortable bedding, was sparkling clean, had inviting, functional spaces for resting and entertaining including a stone wall enclosed outdoor patio, had efficient a/c, a well stocked kitchen and efficient washer with a large drying rack. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this property to friends. The ringing of the bells from the nearby church lend to it''s magic.
